Social Media Manager Wanted
Social Media Manager wanted for 30 day project that could extend to 1-3 years depending on results. This project is for a NHRA Top Fuel Harley Race Team that is introducing
a new marketing affiliate at the biggest drag racing event in the world, the US Nationals.
This project will have several objectives –
Leverage all social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and web blog updates
Daily posts/updates with frequency ramping up and peaking race week and weekend
Posts will include photos, videos, interviews, insights to engage fans and businesses
Production of detailed metrics and results to support ROI
Ability to target special interest groups on social media to increase followers, likes, reach, engagement.
Content creation across all platforms
Develop the team’s brand, build on existing brand equity
Demonstrate the team’s value and potential ROI to the new marketing affiliate –
The affiliate is a national retailer of motorcycle aftermarket accessories, clothing, parts and supplies – how do we demonstrate the value of a long-term commitment to drag racing sponsorship?
The affiliate is a retail distributor for dozens of manufacturers related to the motorcycle aftermarket industry – how do we attract them as potential sponsors?
A background and prior experience in motorsports social media marketing is a requirement, and an in-depth knowledge of drag racing is a big plus.
Should this project be successful it will evolve into a broader, season-long project to build on the success of the initial project.
